What’s New?
MFA Security Updates — Text Request-issued phone numbers are now automatically detected during multi-factor authentication setup, preventing them from being used as the verification number. A Text Request issued phone number cannot be used for MFA because it prevents the user from receiving the verification code.
Free Trial Security Improvements — Improved security measures for Free Trial to keep your data safe whether you’re a full time customer or just trying out Text Request.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug with importing contacts that caused any dollar amount values to be rounded to the nearest dollar. That data is now imported into Text Request exactly as it appears in the file.
Fixed a bug that caused an error when trying to schedule a training session through the help feature.
Fixed a visual bug with templates that caused line breaks to appear when previewing templates in the compose modal or template list. This has been fixed and it’s much easier to find the template you need now.
Fixed a logo display issue with the desktop app.
Fixed an issue preventing invoices from being downloaded through the desktop app.
Fixed an issue when adding a tag to a message in the mobile app, the tag would appear on all messages.
Fixed an issue causing inconsistent behavior when tagging a message.
Fixed a display bug causing the logos on our website to look a bit crowded. Everyone has some breathing room now.
Fixed a bug with the OPTOUT keyword not always opting the contact out.

Mobile Improvements — Made visual improvements to the Android mobile app to ensure Text Request properly sizes to all screen types.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a scheduled group message bug that caused the message to be canceled and a new version of it created if a user tried to edit it. Scheduled group messages are now editable as intended.
Fixed a visual bug on the website.

What’s New?
Improved Time Zone Visibility — Previously, only admin-level users could see which time zone the dashboard was in. Now, any user can check the dashboard’s time zone by clicking on the dashboard selector dropdown. There is a reminder when scheduling a message, so you can rest assured your messages will go out when you want, regardless of what time zone your users happen to be in.
Visual Updates — Updated copy of our empty state messages in Settings to better align with our product voice and tone.
Bug Fixes
Continued security improvements.
Fixed a rare bug that prevented certain messages from appearing in the message queue.
Fixed a bug that moved some contacts to “Suppressed” or “Archived” status when sending a group message.
Fixed a bug during message composition that would delete line spacing when an emoji was used. Emojis no longer delete anything.
Fixed a visual bug with MFA setup on Android.
Fixed automatic billing for accounts that convert from the free trial to a paid plan.

What’s New?
Payment Security Improvements — When requesting a payment from a contact, you will no longer be able to see the payment request link as the sender. Your recipient will still see, and be able to access the link, just as they could before. This is to improve security and make sure only the person paying has access to the payment portal.
10DLC Registration Improvements — Made minor visual edits to the 10DLC registration process to improve the user experience.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue with invalid PDFs attached to messages. Invalid PDFs are now detected and an error message appears.
Fixed a visual bug that caused some scheduled autoresponses to not show when they were going to start.
Fixed a niche security bug that theoretically allowed someone to obtain minor account information.
Fixed an issue with the Reviews Requests Sent page taking far too long to load.
Fixed an error message when exceeding the size limit for adding attachments to a message. The new message is in English, rather than HTML, which should help.
Fixed a bug with Login Reports displaying login attempts as Failed when they should say Successful.
Fixed an issue that caused a specific type of hyphen to count as a special character and reduce the maximum number of characters per message. That hyphen is once again an ordinary hyphen.
Fixed a bug that caused some users to be automatically logged out too frequently.
Fixed a visual bug that sometimes caused the MFA Setup Success screen to not disappear after successfully logging in. It was asked politely but firmly to leave.

What’s New?
Updated Password Reset Process — As part of our ongoing security improvements, we updated the user experience when resetting your password. Requirements are now more clear and the entire process should be even easier. New passwords must be at least 8 characters long, contain a number, a symbol/special character, and cannot be a previously used password.
Additional Changes
Cleaned up some copy in our redact message modal.
Fixed formatting and copy in the Users Report.
Updated our logo across our website and help center. Same great logo, now with more words!
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug causing accounts that converted from the free trial to be billed incorrectly for an additional dashboard. All affected accounts have been fixed and billing issues resolved.
Fixed the logic for scheduled messages to now account for users in different time zones than the dashboard they’re currently using.
